CRE Data Analyst
Stone Harbour Capital is seeking to hire a commercial real estate professional with prior experience in investment analysis and market research. The CRE data analyst will be involved in all of the firm’s investment and market research activities, including acquisitions, due diligence, financings, asset management, dispositions, and fund administration. You will be relied upon by senior management to collect, analyze, and summarize CRE market data from around the country, to support and grow Stone Harbour Capital’s owned and managed real estate investment portfolio.
Market Research Analyst
Stone Harbour Capital is seeking an analytical-minded individual to join our expanding market research division. In this capacity, you will be working directly with the senior members of the firm to research and analyze market conditions, recent transactions, and economic headlines in various MSAs across the country. We are looking for an individual that is keen to study the effect of micro and macro market trends on the commercial real estate market, and help our team employ that research as we move into new markets across the nation.
